Q&A
What do you love about your job?
I love being able to work with my mom and dad. I also love the freedom and creativity I get with my job... not only to create new things but to share and
inspire people!

Who are your role models?
My role models growing up were my Nana and my Mom. They are really strong women who work hard at business and raising their family. I’m always watching them and observing their skills as business women. They always handle things with such grace and kindness.

What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
Be confident. Although I tend to be quiet and soft spoken, I’ve learned that I have to be confident, especially as a young business owner. My business and my brand represent me. I have to speak confidently when explaining my business and telling my story.

Words of Wisdom

"Your business represents who you are. Be confident."

more about me...

my girl-crushes include:
Zendaya, Michelle O’Bama and Rhianna. I love how Rhianna stays connected to her culture, her overall message and is true to who she is.

my proudest career moment was...
When I was selected by Etsy, out of thousands of applicants, to go to their headquarters and pitch my brand to major retailers. I was the youngest person ever selected! I was 16 at the time.
something that's challenging to me is...
pitching to major retailers. It's very intimidating. I'm [usually] shaking the entire time!
